What to expect
You'll meet your counsellor on a secure video call. All you need is a phone or laptop and somewhere private to sit for fifty minutes.
The first session is a chance to talk about what's going on for you and see whether you feel comfortable working together. If you'd like to keep going, later sessions are €80. There's no commitment beyond the first one.
Every counsellor on our team is accredited by the IACP, BACP or APCP, and everything you share stays confidential.

What does the €40 cover?
One 50-minute online session with a qualified, accredited counsellor. The €40 price applies to your first session only.
Can I pick my counsellor?
Yes. Choose a male or female counsellor above, or leave it open. Each time you see is linked to a named counsellor, so you'll know who you're booking with.
What if none of the times work?
